We provide generalist Human Resource and Psychometric services for companies of any size and individuals in both the public and private sector. We take pride in developing effective and professional long-term relationships with our clients.

Talent Toledo is a 100% black-female owned Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) and Level 1 B-BBEE contributor that provides Human Resources Solutions, Psychometric Assessments and Coaching through smart collaboration.

At Talent Toledo, we will endeavour to assist you to better understand, appreciate, and use your talents optimally (scientifically). Inspired by the historic and artistic city of Toledo in Spain, we believe that Talent Toledo is also built on a solid foundation with sound knowledge and values that speak of humility, pride, integrity, and resilience.

RENUKA
SURAjlall

Renuka Surajlall obtained the following degrees: Bachelor of Commerce (B Comm) Degree majoring in Organisational and Industrial Psychology and her Honours Bachelor of Commerce (B Comm Hons) in Industrial Psychology. Whilst completing her Honours, she embarked on the Programme for Management Development (PMD) at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. In 2011, she completed the Pyschometry Internship at SHL (Global leaders in Psychometric Assessments). She is accredited to administer and interpret various South African and Internationally development assessments.

With over 28 years of working experience in various sectors (unionized and non-unionised), namely, Finance, Professional Services, Petrochemicals and Retail. Her strong Human Resources (HR) Skills spans the entire HR Generalist spectrum.
